PROPERTY RATES

- Weekday (Mon-Thu) : INR.22,000/- Per Night

- Weekend (Fri-Sun) : INR.26,000/- Per Night
- 12 people at this rate in 4 rooms and extra 1,000 INR will be charged for every additional guest

- 24 people can be accommodated totally on the deck for an overnight stay.​

PROPERTY RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

    • Guests are kindly requested to check in at 2 PM on the day of arrival.

    • On the day of departure, we request all guests to vacate their rooms by 10 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

  2. Property Responsibility:

    • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay.

    • The individual signing this agreement will be held responsible for the entire group's conduct.

  3. Property Ownership:

    • The property is solely owned by the company, and no other guests, visitors, or residents are considered tenants or sub-tenants of the property.

  4. Conduct on Premises:

    • Guests are expected to refrain from engaging in activities such as gambling or any actions that violate public order and moral standards while on the premises.

    • The property shall not be held responsible for any criminal activities, including but not limited to murder, drug-related offenses, assault, or suicide.

  5. Entertainment and Amendments:

    • DJ services are not permitted within the premises.

    • The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or add to the above-mentioned terms and conditions at their discretion.
